Farmington Hills Officer Picks Up 11th MADD Award
Officer Michael Meister was among 80 officers honored by MADD on Aug. 1.

Farmington Hills Police Officer Michael Meister recently picked up his 11th MADDΒ Michigan Lifesaver Award.
According to the MADD website, the organization "recognizes officers from across Michigan who demonstrate dedication and commitment to enforcing drunk driving laws. A nomination is based on the candidate's previous yearβs performance."
Meister was one of 80 police officers recognized at the Annual State Life Savers Luncheon, held Aug. 1 at the San Marino Club in Troy. He has a long history of focusing on drunk driving offenders.Β
