Ice Cream, Wine and Magic This Week in Farmington and Farmington Hills

1. Magic moments happen Wednesday in Riley Park.Β 

β€œThe Amazing Clark” captures each and every audience member with his quick humor and incredible stage shows featuring magical illusions, puppetry, and escapes. 2. Enjoy a scoop of ice cream with a preschooler.

3. Get your gardening questions answered.Β 

Master gardeners will answer your questions during Thursday's Porch Party at the Governor Warner Mansion on Grand River in Farmington. Do-it-yourself ice cream sundaes will be part of the fun during the event, which starts at 7 p.m. Admission is $5. To learn more, call 248-474-5500, ext. 2225.

4. Taste wine for a good cause.

This event atΒ Fleming’s Steakhouse & Wine Bar,Β 17400 Haggerty Rd. inΒ Livonia benefits Community Living Centers programs for adults with developmental disabilities in Farmington. Held Friday starting at 5:30 p.m., the casual evening includesΒ wine/beer tasting, appetizersΒ and a chance to win door prizes. Tickets are $45; callΒ 248-478-0870 to reserve your spot.Β
