Chulbu'ul Mexican Grill, which opened in December, closed briefly, then re-opened under new management, closed for good a little more than a week ago.
City of Farmington economic and community development director Kevin Christiansen said Monday that the building has not changed hands, and the owners will soon open a Boar's Head Gourmet Sandwich Deli.
"There are no other alterations or modifications planned ... they may have some cosmetic changes, " Christiansen said. "They have submitted plans for new signage, and we are working with them."
