U.S. Rep. Kerry Bentivolio Appoints Three to Congressional Staff
The 11th District congressman, who represents Farmington, names three people with Michigan political roots to help run his office.

U.S. Rep. KerryΒ Bentivolio, R-Milford, announced three additions to his staff today.
Bentivolio represents Farmington in Michigan's 11th Congressional District.Β
Tony Lis will serve as his District Director, Matt Chisholm will work as his Communications Director, and Sarah Ledford will fill the role of Deputy District Director, according to a news release from Bentivolio's office.

βIβm proud to announce the addition of these three experienced individuals to our team,β Bentivolio said in the news release. βDelivering first-class constituent services to the people of Michiganβs 11thΒ district is my number one priority and our team will work hard over the next two years to exceed expectations.β
Tony Lis brings over a decade of experience to Bentivolioβs staff, the news release indicated. Prior to serving as the Field Director on the Congressmanβs campaign, Tony worked for Gov. Rick Snyderβs gubernatorial campaign. Additionally, he has advised and worked in outreach roles for numerous clients, including John McCainβs presidential bid. Lis will oversee the operations of Congressman Bentivolioβs district office in Commerce Township.

Matt Chisholm, who will work out of the Washington office, joins the Congressmanβs staff from Strategic National where he worked as a political consultant advising several federal and statewide campaigns, the news release indicated. Chisholmβs previous experience includes working on Jon Huntsmanβs presidential bid and Snyderβs gubernatorial campaign.Β
A graduate of Walled Lake Northern High School and the University of Michigan, Sarah Ledford contributes years of public affairs experience to CongressmanΒ Bentivolio's district office, the news release indicated. Most recently, she worked for Strategic Public affairs where she specialized in healthcare and higher education services. Prior to this, Ledford worked in business developmentΒ with The Windquest Group. Ledford currently serves as a Vice-Chair of the Michigan Republican Party, the news release indicated.
