A blown fuse at a substation knocked out power Saturday morning for many residents, businesses and the traffic lights on Owen Road in Fenton.
A total of 2,461 Consumers Energy customers in Fenton were without power for most of the morning before power was restored around 1 p.m., said Consumers Energy spokesman Terry DeDoes.
