Crime Report: Crash Victim Upgraded to Serious Condition
The following arrest information was supplied by the Fenton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 34-year-old Flint man has been upgraded from critical to serious condition after a , south of Owen Road in Fenton on Dec. 23, said Fenton Police Chief Rick Aro.
The man remains at Genesys Regional Medical Center, Aro added.

ticketed three people for underage drinking after they fled from a loud party, Aro said.
Police received a complaint about a loud party on the 15000 block of Silver Parkway around 1:45 a.m. Dec. 29. An officer made contact with neighbors who said several people at the party jumped off a second story balcony when police approached.

Aro said dispatch received a call that the individuals had left the scene in a white station wagon-type vehicle. A second officer located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on Silver Parkway. The officer could smell intoxicants and found two open cans of beer in the vehicle.
The driver and three passengers took preliminary breath tests, which revealed all had consumed alcohol. The driver, a 22-year-old Lansing resident, was under the legal limit of .08, but the passengers, a two 20-year-old Lansing residents and a 20-year-old Sterling Heights resident were ticketed for underage drinking and given a notice to appear in court.
Damaged vehicle
A 53-year-old Holly resident told Fenton Police his truck was shot by a BB or pellet gun while he was driving on Poplar Street near the railroad tracks around 4:30 p.m. Dec. 27.
Aro said officers observed damage on his 2008 Chevrolet Silverado and went to the scene, but could not locate any suspects.
Theft from a vehicle
A 30-year-old Flint woman told police someone stole her prescription of Xanax from her vehicle as she paid for gas on the 400 block of North Leroy Street around 8 p.m. Dec. 24.
Police have no suspects.
Catalytic converters missing
Two people reported catalytic converters missing from their vehicles recently, police said.Β One resident reported one missing from their vehicle, which was parked on the Silver Lake Road car pool lot on Dec. 22 and another was reported missing from a vehicle Dec. 21 on the 10000 block of Silver Parkway. Β
Police have no suspects.
