Fenton's Bella Carina Hosts Grand Opening

Bella Carina, a fashion forward woman’s clothing store, hosted its grand opening on Saturday.

Located in downtown Fenton, the store gave away a gift with purchases and raffled off a fashionable BCBG handbag.

Specializing in fashion for women who wish to dress and feel young, Bella Carina will offer name brands such as Anama, Basix Black Label, BCBG, BCBG Generation, Betsy Johnson, Boom Boom Jeans, French Connection, and Lucky Brand.

Owner Barbara Spencer has always had a passion for fashion, and dreamed of opening her own business. Having moved to Florida for a few years, and returning recently to her family and friends in Fenton, her dream became a reality as she found retail space in downtown Fenton. With the support of her husband, who has his own successful business, Spencer is pleased to open Bella Carina.

Her goal is to help show woman how to dress fashionably. “Clothes and fashion are a self-expression. Anyone can wear something and make it their own,” said Spencer.

In addition to clothing, Spencer will carry handbags and eventually a shoe line as well.

Spring business hours are: Tuesday-Thursday 11am - 6pm; Friday-Saturday 11 am - 5 pm; Closed Sunday and Monday. The store is located at 107 W. Shiawassee Ave., Fenton, MI at 810-208-0210.
