Legacy Realty Professionals Chosen to Determine Values, List Township Properties

Holly Township Board of Trustees votes for business to provide comparative market analysis.

The Holly Township Board of Trustees voted favorably last week to give . of Fenton, the sole right to provide comparative market analysis on township-owned property. Legacy Realty was one of four real estate firms that submitted Requests for Proposals, issued by Supervisor Jesse Lambert in late September.

The decision to choose Legacy Realty Professionals was made based on the company’s many years of experience handling successful, commercial real estate transactions.

The former North Oakland County Fire Authority (NOCFA) facility on Grange Hall Road was the first property selected for a comparative market analysis to be conducted by Associate Broker Nancy Hanks and Realtor Vera Hogan, who have teamed up to assist Holly Township with its real estate activities.

Holly Township officials have agreed to contract with Legacy Realty for the properties they choose to sell, after acceptance of the comparative market analyses indicating the current market value of the properties.

“We are very pleased to have the opportunity to represent the township of Holly,” said Patrik Welty, broker and owner of Legacy Realty Professionals. “The challenges of today’s market make this type of project exciting. Our continued growth in commercial and residential sales will allow us to maximize the exposure of these properties while being close enough to give them our personal attention.”
