Minor Injuries in Rollover Crash on Shiawassee Street

A woman walked out of her car through a broken windshield after her vehicle was turned on its side during a crash near Shiawassee Street near Rounds Drive around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Sgt. Dave Reinfelder said a woman was traveling westbound on Shiawassee Street when she looked away from the road and then lost on control of the vehicle. It ended up on its side in the yard of a nearby house.

The woman did not suffer any major injuries as she was standing up in the vehicle and talked to firefighters and police officers when they arrived.
