The agenda for the January 24, 2022 meeting of the MCC Board of Trustees is now available at http://www.mcc.edu/about/about_board_minutes.shtml.  The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. in the MCC Event Center, Mott Library Room 1204, located on the College’s main campus. 

The College’s Reopening Standards and Guidelines will be in effect, meaning:

  • Masks are required inside College buildings;
  • Symptom screening, including thermal scans, are required before entering any building;
  • Seating is limited based on distancing guidelines;
  • Trustees, MCC employees, and students are required to complete the College’s online Reopening Training prior to entering any building on campus.
  • Members of the public are invited and encouraged to view the meeting via YouTube livestream (https://youtu.be/xxc0uQuyELY).   

    Those wishing to provide public comment during the meeting may submit the following form (https://forms.gle/M9Thw3P1e8M7YEv97) by 5 p.m., Monday, January 24, 2022.  Upon receipt of the form, the commenter will be sent a link to join the meeting remotely so they may provide their comments.  Commenters will also have the option of having their written comments read on their behalf.

    Paper copies of the form are available for those attending in-person and must be submitted to the Assistant Secretary prior to the beginning of the meeting. 

    The Board may also move to proceed in Executive (Closed) Session to discuss matters allowed pursuant to the OMA.
