PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING

POSTED ELECTRONICALLY ON DECEMBER 3, 2021 

The Mott Community College Board of Trustees will meet for a Regular Meeting on Monday, December 13, 2021, at 6 p.m.  The meeting will take place via Zoom teleconference, allowable by the Michigan Open Meetings Act due to a state of emergency declared by the City of Flint.

Those wishing to provide public comment during the Board meeting in writing or via phone may submit the following form (https://forms.gle/M9Thw3P1e8M7YEv97).  Forms must be received by 5:30 p.m., Monday, December 13, 2021.  Persons wishing to provide public comment may also contact the Assistant Secretary via phone (810-762-5640) or email (michael.simon@mcc.edu).

 The Board may also move to proceed in Executive (Closed) Session to discuss matters allowed pursuant to the Michigan Open Meetings Act.
