Police Blotter: Damaged Locks at Fenton High School, Missing IPod, Motorcycle

Here is a look into the city of Fenton Police action from March 27 to April 1.

Police are investigating a destruction of property incident, which occurred at , Chief Rick Aro said.

Aro said school officials called police at 10:25 a.m. March 31 after finding 29 exterior locks on the school had been destroyed and were no longer functional.

He added that officers observed surveillance video footage of a white vehicle approaching the south side of the building.

Aro said the school had the locks repaired for $110 apiece.

Police are investigating the incident and are requesting anyone who saw anything suspicious to call the Fenton Police at 810-629-5311.

Broken window, Missing iPod

A employee reported her car was broken into while she was working, police said.

Aro said the incident occurred around 5:25 p.m. on March 29. He said the woman reported someone has smashed her rear driver’s side window and stolen an iPod Touch, valued at $200, from the center console.

Police have no suspects.

 Missing motorcycle

A woman reported a black and yellow Yamaha YZ 80 motorcycle missing at 2:30 p.m. March 27, police said.

Aro said the woman reported the motorcycle had been in her garage at the 800 block of Silver Lake Road on March 26 and found it missing the next day.

Police are investigating the incident and are requesting anyone who saw anything suspicious to call the Fenton Police at 810-629-5311.
