Ferndale's Valentine Distilling Co. Toasts 'World's Best Vodka'

FERNDALE, MI — Valentine Distilling Company isn't just known for its mouthwatering vodka in its native Ferndale. Valentine was declared the "World's Best Vodka" this year by TheDrinksReport.com in London. Ferndale, raise a glass to having the proven best vodka in the world.

And to celebrate the global honor, the Ferndale distillery just created its first television commercial. A funny one at that. The commercial takes viewers all the way to Communist revolutionary leader Vladimir Lenin’s ornate tomb in Moscow, Russia. As a narrator announces the world’s best vodka is made in Detroit...not Russia...(gasp!)...a single tear streams down Lenin's face. The entire production was the effort of a Detroit crew and entirely shot in Detroit.
