Popular Oakland County Restaurant, Music Venue Abruptly Closes

The electric Ferndale restaurant and music venue, Otus Supply​, abruptly closed down Monday, calling it a "goodbye for now​."

FERNDALE, MI — The electric Ferndale restaurant and music venue, Otus Supply, abruptly closed down Monday, calling it a "goodbye for now."

"It is with great sadness and sorrow that we have very unfortunate news. Effective immediately we will be closing our doors to our wonderful, beautiful establishment," a Facebook post read.

The owners of the live music venue and restaurant on Nine Mile Road in downtown Ferndale thanked supporters and apologized to staff. No explanation was given for the sudden closure.

"No one knows what the future holds, but this is goodbye for now," the Facebook post read.

The venue opened in 2016 with a colorful interior design and artwork, offering a unique and stylish place to enjoy food, cocktails and live music.

The live music room, known as The Parliament, said they were sorting out all concert performances, potential moves and tickets/refunds in the coming days, according to a Facebook post. They promised more details soon.
