Grosse Pointe Park Redesigns City Website

The newer version updates the former site providing a slideshow of community pictures at the top and a more user-friendly format.

launched its redesigned website eariler this week. 

The new site is more user friendly and highlights the community with a slideshow of pictures that rotate on the homepage. There are also several tabs at the top of the homepage directing users to find more information about different departments and commissions as well as information about , the current movie available at Okulski Theater and access to the city's publication, the Communicator.

One new feature is a link to DTE's service page, where users can check on outages, report outages and more.

A note on the homepage addressed the redesign, explaining that all of the same information is housed on the site as was available on the old site. Users are also encouraged to make suggestions if there is additional information they would like to see posted on the site.

Attempts to reach city officials for more information about the redesign were not successful.
