Grosse Pointe Woods Rapper Hush Featured in Rolling Stone

Grosse Pointe Woods resident Daniel “Hush” Carlisle and his organization, the Detroit Dog Rescue, are the subjects of a feature story in the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine.

The issue, which is on sale in Michigan, features Hush, a rapper who is the co-founder of the DDR, a non-profit with a mission to create Detroit’s first no-kill shelter.

The Detroit Dog Rescue made news late last year when the group received an anonymous donation of $1.5 million.
