Mack Sidewalk Sale, Mum Sale and Opening of Gypsy Coming up This Weekend

Here are some local events to add to your weekend calendar:

• The League of Women Voters will hold their annual mum sale from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Sept. 14 at the West Park Farmers Market.
• The Mack Sidewalk Sale in Grosse Pointe Woods will be Thursday-Saturday, There will be a special kick-off event at 6 p.m. Thursday on Grosse Pointe Woods City Hall lawn.
  
• St. Paul Lutheran Church will hold a rummage sale Friday.
• Grosse Pointe Theatre's presentation of the musical, Gypsy, opens at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial.
