From chefs to bartenders, servers to cooks, this new pizzeria is seeking 40 new hires to get it up and running this summer.

GROSSE POINTE, MI — A new pizzeria is in the works in town and they are hiring all positions.

When it opens in Grosse Pointe Park this summer, The Bricks will be a brand new, wood-fired Neapolitan pizzeria specializing in stone-milled ancient grains, natural fermentation and farm-fresh ingredients.

Founder and Executive Chef Trenton Chamberlain is currently seeking restaurant industry professionals for front of house and back of house positions. Open positions include a sous chef, pizzaiolo or pizzamaker, line and prep cooks, head bartender and bar staff as well as servers, bussers, dishwashers and hosts/hostesses.

Chamberlain anticipates The Bricks will have an opening staff of about 40, he said, and he is working to fill those positions this spring ahead of a summer opening.

Construction is currently underway for the restaurant.
