State Police Ramp Up Patrols for Holiday
MSP to add extra patrol cars again this year during Thanksgiving holiday

Motorists traveling to and fro’ can expect to see more Michigan State Police patrol cars over the Thanksgiving Day holiday, according to the Michigan State Police.
Troopers will start high-visibility enforcement beginning Wednesday — enforcement that will focus on impaired driving, seatbelt use and careless driving and speeding.
The amped-up patrols is nothing new, with the department conducting such increases every year.
