University Liggett Defeats Parkway Christian
The team now has a 7-0 season with the most recent win.

The Football team improved to 7-0 this season by defeating Parkway Christian 43-2 Friday night.
The Knights set the tone early and were paced by junior quarterback Nate Gaggin who passed for two touchdowns and ran for another before half time. Gaggin, who was 12-17 and 206 yards, had touchdown passes to junior Eric Ewing and junior Kevaughn Jackson.

Charles Jones handled the running game with 95 yards rushing and three third quarter touchdowns to put the game away. Billy Marx was perfect with PATs, hitting all six extra points.
Liggett plays MIAC League rival Lutheran Nortwest this coming Satruday, Oct. 15 at 1 p.m. at Liggett.
