Spicer Orchards is now open for early season blueberry picking and visitors are encouraged to come early and "beat the heat." Picking starts at 8 a.m., according to their website.
The Hartland orchard advises that people call ahead for daily updates before planning a trip “as conditions change quickly depending on weather and picking volume.”
Starting in July, Spicer’s will have cherries, raspberries and blueberries ready for picking. Check their website for more details.
