Recently, a Hartland Resident wrote into the Livingston Daily reporting that he witnessed a bus driver with the school district using a phone while driving a bus.
"I witnessed a driver with one hand on the wheel, and the other holding his cellphone up to his face. Not talking on the phone, but looking directly at the screen," William McDevitt wrote in his letter to the editor.
