Rep. Candice Miller Files for Re-Election to 10th District

Congresswoman Candice Miller has filed for re-election to Michigan's 10th Congressional District.

Miller (R-10) filed petitions containing 2,000 signatures, the maximum allowed by state law, from every county in the 10th Congressional District. She filed the petitions with Secretary of State Ruth Johnson at the State Bureau of Elections in Lansing and made the following statement after:

"I am humbled and gratified by the strong showing of support from those I hope to continue to represent in Congress. I thank all of those 2,000 voters who signed my petitions, the maximum allowed by law, for allowing me to appear on the ballot. I look forward to the coming campaign and hearing from my constituents about the many challenges facing our nation and sharing with them my ideas on how we can move our nation forward by focusing on getting our economy moving again so the private sector can create the jobs we so desperately need, bringing fiscal sanity back to Washington and keeping our nation strong and secure."
