Hit And Run Driver Kills Man Walking Home From Work

29-year-old man struck and killed as he walked home from his job at P.F. Chang's at Partridge Creek.

MACOMB TOWNSHIP, MI — A Macomb Township man was struck and killed by a hit and run driver as he walked home from work early Saturday morning, police said.

According to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office, at approximately 1:23 a.m. Kevin Clay Fletcher, 29-years-old, was walking home from his job at P.F. Chang's at Partridge Creek. As he crossed the intersection of Romeo Plank and Hall Rd., he was hit by a vehicle traveling north on Romeo Plank. Eyewitnesses said the driver sped off going north on Romeo Plank.

Detectives are searching for two vehicles of interest: a light colored sedan type, as well as a light colored (possibly tan) Jeep with a damaged head light.
