Emenim's Ex-Wife Sentenced To Probation For Macomb DUI
Kim Mathers also was ordered to pay a $900 fine and will undergo drug and alcohol testing.
MACOMB COUNTY, MI — Kim Mathers, the ex-wife of Eminem, was sentenced to 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol testing and a $900 fine at 41A District Court in Shelby Township today on charges relating to a DUI arrest.
The incident happened in Oct. 2015. Police say Mathers, 41, was driving her black Cadillac Escalade in the area of 23 Mile and Card Rd. in Macomb Township when the Cadillac crashed into a ditch and smashed into a utility pole. Mathers revealed to a responding emergency worker that she had drank a fifth of Malibu rum.
Mathers reportedly paid the $900 fine following today's sentencing. She met Eminem while the two were Detroit teens. They were married twice. First in 1999 and again briefly in 2006, before Eminem filed for divorce.
