MACOMB TOWNSHIP, MI — Multiple people were injured in a Thursday afternoon crash in Macomb County, according to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office.
The crash happened at 2:38 p.m. on Hall Road near Heydenreich Road in Macomb Township, according to the sheriff's office.
Officials said a white Chevy Bolt was speeding west on Hall Road where it slammed into a teal Ford Taurus sedan that was turning right into the business complex at Heydenreich Road, according to the sheriff's office.

The momentum of the crash forced the Taurus into a white SUV, according to the sheriff's office.
The driver of the Taurus, a 55-year-old man from Macomb Township, was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in critical condition, according to the sheriff's office.

The driver of the Bolt, a 37-year-old man from Shelby Township, was taken to a nearby hospital for minor injuries, according to the sheriff's office.
An Uber passenger inside the Bolt was also taken to a nearby hospital for minor injuries, according to the sheriff's office.
The driver of the white SUV was not injured in the crash, according to the sheriff's office.
Police do not believe alcohol played a role in the crash, according to the sheriff's office.
