Semi Driver Blacked Out Before Crashing into Condo
The crash took place Tuesday in the 21 Mile and Garfield area.
A semi truck driver who crashed into a Macomb Township condominium complex Tuesday told deputies he blacked out before the accident, police said Wednesday.
Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said the Farmington Hills man was taken to the hospital to be treated after he told police at the scene of the medical episode. He was not believed to have suffered injuries in the crash.
Two people inside the condo at the time were unharmed. The condos affected by the crash were evacuated because the structure was unstable, ClickonDetroit reported from the scene.

The accident took place on Warwick Drive off Garfield between Hall Road and 21 Mile.
