MSP and Crimestoppers work to bring individual responsible for teen's death into custody

The Michigan State Police have set up a tip line hoping it will lead to the arrest of the individual responsible for the hit-and-run death of Macomb Township teen, Ryan Tsatsos Nov. 1.
According to a Macomb Daily report, the line has been in operation since Monday and several tips have come into the department, including a few promising ones.
The nonprofit organization, Crimestoppers, has also added a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

Tsatsos’ tragic death has garnered national attention as it comes only three months after his older brother, Daryl, was killed in a traffic accident.
According to police, Tsatsos and several friends were walking along an unlit stretch of narrow-shouldered roadway surrounded by water-filled ditches.

Police say Tsatsos, 19, was struck by an older-model vehicle dark in color.
Since the incident, police have been searching the area for a vehicle matching this description with damage to the front end.
A gofundme.com account has been set up for the faimly and as of Thursday morning, over $44,000 has been raised to help with funeral expenses and other costs.
