Chicks Hatch at Chesterfield Township Library
Children get a chance to view seven chicks hatched from eggs in an incubator as part of "Egg to Chick" program.
The had something to crow about last week.
On April 26, the library showed off as part of a childrenās program in a partnership with the Wolcott Mill Metropark Historic Center in Ray Township.
During the program āEgg to Chick, Part II,ā 21 children got a close-up look at the young chicks that hatched from a total of 26 eggs, according to an email from the library.

Following the program, the chicks and the unhatched eggs were taken back to Wolcott Mill, where the remaining unhatched eggs would be monitored to see if any more would hatch.
