Students, staff and administration at L’Anse Creuse High School— North are honoring veterans at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5 by hosting a choir presentation called “A Salute to Our Veterans.”
The event will take place in the school cafeteria.
The presentation is dedicated to America’s military heroes and aimed at honoring the sacrifice, service and dedication to country displayed by all who served.
More than 130 choir students are slated to take part in the event, and classic songs such as “America the Beautiful,” Proud to be an American,” and “God Bless America,” are all part of the performance line-up at the event.
A presentation is colors by Veterans of Foreign Wars post 7573 is also scheduled.
L’Anse Creuse Public Schools officials said all active and non-active military personal are welcome to attend the event free of charge.
General admission is also free with a donation of a non-perishable food item. Donations will be given to the VFW post 7573 in New Baltimore.
