Northville Goes All-Out for Small Business Saturday
Need more incentive? Downtown Northville is partnering with local nonprofits to provide a gift wrapping station in Northville Square.

The busiest holiday shopping weekend is almost here. This year, shoppers who want to avoid the insanity and crowds at the malls, can shop “small” (and stress-free) at downtown Northville’s more than 60 locally owned shops on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 29,
Downtown Northville – which is located in Western Wayne County – embodies true downtown living with its unique shops, exquisite dining establishments and year-round entertainment. The downtown’s thriving retail district is comprised mainly of locally-owned businesses that provide a unique shopping experience and unique gifts for everyone on anyone’s shopping lists. Guests who shop small in downtown Northville can make a big difference in their communities by supporting small businesses during the holidays and beyond.
Small Business Saturday in downtown Northville will provide guests with the opportunity to get their holiday shopping done, support their community and save too as many of the merchants will be offering special deals and promotions throughout the day.

For those who don’t love to wrap, there will be a gift wrapping station in Northville Square, 133 W. Main Street at the corner of Wing Street, from noon-4 p.m, so shoppers can get their gifts purchased at Downtown Northville shops wrapped beautifully.The gift wrapping station is made possible through a partnership with several Northville non-profit organizations. There’s no wrapping fee, but donations supporting the charitable organizations are encouraged.
To make holiday shopping more convenient throughout the holiday season, the gift wrapping station will also be open from noon-4 p.m. on Nov. 30 and Dec. 5, 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21.

Guests can take a break from shopping and enjoy a delicious meal at one of 23 local restaurants – located within steps of the shops – that offer a variety of dining options. Many of the restaurants in downtown will also be offering specials on Small Business Saturday.
Also, Santa will also be in Town Square from 2-4 p.m. on Small Business Saturday so little ones can let the big guy know what they want for Christmas this year.
