3 New Retailers Coming To Twelve Oaks Mall In Oakland County

NOVI, MI — Three retailers are moving into Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi to fill the space that once housed Sears.

The three retailers are: DICK's House of Sport, Primark and Round 1. Officials said construction has begun and they expect them to open in 2026.

DICK's House of Sport features athletic products, such as clothing and equipment, and other in-store activities including simulators and a batting cages. Officials said DICK's will occupy the lower half of the space.

Primark, a clothing store from Ireland, is best known for offering the latest trends, essentials and housewares at a value price. It will be the second Primark store in Michigan, and will be located on the upper level.

Round 1, known for its bowling arcade games, karaoke and food offerings, will also join Primark on the upper level.

Sears closed its location at the mall in 2019 when the retailer closed numerous locations across the nation.
