Biggby Offers 99 Cent Lattes for its Birthday Thursday

is adding another candle on the cake this year, celebrating its 17th birthday on Thursday, March 15.

Customers who are signed up for the company's free weekly email will receive a coupon for a 99-cent tall, hot or iced, sweet and creamy latte offered that day. (And in case you aren't signed up, you can find the coupon online.)

In 1995, co-founders Bob Fish and Mary Roszel, opened the very first BIGGBY location in East Lansing, MI. They created a coffee shop experience that was based on being happy, having fun, making friends, loving people and drinking great coffee – and have not looked back since.

Today, with more than 140 stores open or under contract, throughout seven states. In 2011, Biggby was named the fastest growing coffee chain in the U.S. by CNBC, a top 30 food franchise by Franchise Business Review, ranked 268 on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 500 franchise report and is currently experiencing its 26 consecutive month of aggressive same store sales growth.
