Karate End of Summer Camp Plus More for the Week Ahead

Gov. Rick Snyder visited Novi last week to speak to residents of the Fox Run Retirement Community about his plans for Medicaid. Snyder wants to expand Medicaid in Michigan as a part of his "Healthy Michigan Now" campaign. He says there are almost a half million people who don't currently qualify but also aren't able to afford their own health insurance.

Whether you are a school counselor, an independent consultant or a parent, these 5 tips can help you brainstorm effectively with your students so they come up with their own ideas and write meaningful stories about themselves that stand out inside the admissions office.

Educatius, an organization that offers educational programs to international students, is urgently seeking host families for 7 international students that will be attending Novi High School this school year. The students pay tuition which helps fund the school.
