Job description includes: 

• CITY OF NOVI is seeking an experienced professional to administer the activities of the City Treasurers Department. Successful candidate will be experienced in management of cash and investment programs and investment of public funds. The Assistant City Treasurer is also responsible for the collection of real and personal property taxes. Individual will need to possess strong finance, computer and managerial skills, with working knowledge of BS&A preferred. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of municipal finance including tax warrants and collection, banking, investing and bonds. Candidate must be organized, customer service oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects.
