Oakland Co. Man Steals $400K From Sports Complex: Police
Prosecutors said the 28-year-old man was working as a general manager at the complex when he stole the money.
LIVONIA, MI — A 28-year-old Oakland County man is facing charges after prosecutors said he stole more than $400,000 from a Wayne County sports facility.
Todd Edward McIntyre, of Novi, was charged with embezzlement - $100,000 or more. He was placed in jail with a bond set at $750,000. His next court date was scheduled for July 10.
Prosecutors said McIntyre stole more than $400,000 from the Livonia Athletic District sports complex between July 2022 and October 2024 when he worked as a general manager at the facility.

Prosecutors said the sports facility fired McIntyre on Oct. 16, 2024.
The complex, located at 14200 block of Stark Road in Livonia, offers sports, health and wellness resources.
