1 Dead, 2 Hurt In Oakland County Crash: Police

An Oxford man was killed in a northern Oakland County crash on Friday, according to Michigan State Police.

GROVELAND TOWNSHIP, MI — An Oxford man was killed in a northern Oakland County crash on Friday, according to Michigan State Police.

Officials said the 25-year-old man was driving a Suzuki SUV southbound on the Dixie Highway at 8:45 p.m. when it crossed the center line and collided with a GMC Acadia that was driving north.

The driver of the Suzuki was ejected from the SUV and taken to a nearby hospital, where he died, officials said.

The driver and a passenger of the GMC were also taken to a nearby hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries, officials said.
