Oakland County Sheriff's deputies responded to a 911 call from a clerk at the Speedway station at the 1000 block of Lapeer Road for a report of someone breaking the glass door of the business and fleeing on foot, according to an incident report.
Deputies surveyed the area and found the person believed to be responsible and detained and interviewed the suspect. The person was released pending issuance of an arrest warrant.
