$1M Winning MI Lotto Ticket Purchased In Metro Detroit
Saturday's jackpot win marked the fifth time the Lotto 47 jackpot has been won in 2023 and the second big hit in less than a week.
LIVONIA, MI — Someone won $1 million after buying a Lotto 47 ticket Saturday from a metro Detroit market, according to Michigan Lottery officials.
The winning ticket matched the Lotto 47 numbers drawn Saturday (02-05-08-10-17-29), winning the $1 million prize. The winning ticket was purchased at the Baas Mini Mart, located at 31301 Five Mile Road in Livonia, according to Michigan Lottery officials.
The lucky player should contact the Lottery’s Player Relations division at 844-887-6836, option 2 to set up an appointment to claim their prize. Lotto 47 tickets are valid for one year from the date of the drawing.

Each ticket for Lotto 47 is $1. Six numbers from one to 47 must be selected for a chance to win. Lotto 47 jackpots start at $1 million and increases until there is a winner.

Wednesday and Saturday at 7:29 p.m., Lotto 47 numbers are drawn. Tickets can be purchased until 7:08 p.m. on drawing days at a Michigan Lottery retailer or online at MichiganLottery.com.
