3 Hurt In Canton Crash Involving Motorcycle, 2 Cars: Police
Police do not believe alcohol played a role in the crash.
CANTON TOWNSHIP, MI — Three people were injured in a crash Monday night in Canton Township, according to police.
The crash happened at 8:01 p.m. on Michigan Avenue at Lilley Road, according to police.
Police said a 36-year-old Ypsilanti man was driving a Mini Cooper Countryman west on Michigan Avenue when he crossed the median and struck a motorcycle near Lilley Road.

The impact from the crash caused the motorcycle to hit a Nissan Maxima, which was being driven by a 51-year-old Ypsilanti man, according to police.
The motorcyclist, a 52-year-old Monroe man, and the other two drivers involved in the crash were taken to a nearby hospital where their conditions were not immediately known, according to police.
