Boy, 14, Hit, Killed By Car While Riding Bike In Washtenaw Co.: Reports
Police don't believe speed or alcohol played a role in the crash.
YPSILANTI, MI — A 14-year-old boy died Wednesday after he was hit by a car while riding his bike in Washtenaw County, according to an MLive report.
The crash happened at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Tuttle Hill and Merritt roads in Ypsilanti Township, reports said.
Police said the boy was crossing in the crosswalk when he was hit by the car, reports said.

The driver stopped at the scene and was not injured in the crash, reports said.
