How did your business come to be?: I retired from Ford Motor Company after 34 years. I wanted to become a fitness trainer, so I went back to school. Became certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine. In 2012, I became certified trainer of P90X.

What kind of services do you offer?: I do private or group sessions. I create programs in weight loss, sport enhancement, and total fitness.
What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?: I am one of a few trainers that come to your home of business to help you get fit.

What do you want your business to be best known for?: I believe in helping people.
What's your most popular product or service?: I have several clients that are recovering from cancer and I help them build body strength. I also help seniors with balance and walking issues.
When was the business founded?: I started Fitness training in 2005.
Why did you choose to locate to Plymouth?: I like to help people. I love it when my clients reach their goals of weight loss or playing a sport better.
