Canton's Newest Indian Restaurant Offers Authentic Flavors 'On the Go' - But It's Not Fast Food

Owner, manager and chef Anu Gokarn says restaurant offers a healthy alternative to fast food.

Canton has a new restaurant, Bombay-Wraps: Fresh Authentic Indian Flavors on the Go, located at 44954 Ford Road

Owner, manager and chef Anu Gokarn says the restaurant isn’t a traditional venue where diners stand in line for the buffet and eat the same butter chicken or palak paneer.

“We pride in offering the fresh and wholesome alternative to other fast food joints in the area,” Gokarn said.

Some of the menu items include Chicken Tikka Wrap, Reshmi Chicken Tikka Wraps, Chicken Chapli Wrap, Lamb Chapli Wrap, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.

The wraps are made with 100 percent whole wheat paratha (Indian Flat bread) fresh in-house each day. Small batches of meats are grilled daily, allowing Gokarn to avoid preservatives, additives or artificial coloring in our foods.
