Information On Board Of Education Feedback Survey For Safe Start Families

P-CCS Safe Start Families:

Now that all of our students have started to return to instruction with some forms of in-person learning, the P-CCS Board of Education would like to gather feedback on students’ experiences. Feedback from families is also part of the Extended Continuity of Learning Plan that the Board votes on every month. It is important for the Board to gather all the information from multiple sources as we plan for the next phases of in-person learning in the upcoming months, and it is with this goal that we ask that you complete the P-CCS In-person Learning Survey for P-CCS Safe Start Families, produced in partnership with ExceLance, that will be sent out this afternoon. You will receive a survey form via email that has been already filled in with information about your student (Student ID, school, grade, etc.) in advance for convenience.

The survey is being sent to all P-CCS Safe Start families from the email address Sender1@StudentReports.org, so please be sure to check your spam folder for this email notification if you have not received it by this evening (Tuesday, March 2).

This survey will remain open until Saturday, March 6, at 4 p.m. The Board of Education appreciates your involvement and feedback and for making sure your voice continues to be heard!
