DETROIT — A new fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant is opening in downtown Detroit sometime this summer.
Cava will open inside a Bedrock building at 636 Woodward in Detroit. The new restaurant will be next to the Shake Shack just outside Campus Martius Park.
Those would be the first Cava spots in Michigan. They have locations in 26 other states and the District of Columbia.
