Greetings Workman Families, we have had a wonderful week here at Workman School. Students have really been practicing their gratitude skills in the cafeteria. It is wonderful watching them say please and thank you, as they are being served their lunch.

The MI Backpack Home Test program provides one COVID-19 test kit (2 tests) free of charge to every staff member and student within the district.
If you would like to pick up a test kit(s) during a scheduled pickup time, please complete this Google Form to register. Families with multiple students may pick up one kit per student; please make sure to complete the form for each student. The next scheduled pickup will be Wednesday, February 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Discovery Middle School (45083 Hanford Rd, Canton). Please park in the visitor’s lot and come to door 29 (by the cafeteria) to the right of the flagpole. Staff will meet you at the door. You must fill out the Google Form linked above before you can receive a test kit.
An additional pickup will be held in the evening on Wednesday, February 9. Details will be shared next week via the official district website, our social media outlets, and the ’LPT in 3’ Podcast.
P-CCS is implementing the updated COVID-19 quarantine and isolation guidelines from the Center for Disease Control, Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, and the Wayne County Health Department. There have been some clarifications to the guidelines that will be reflected in this infographic (updated on January 27) as well as the P-CCS COVID-19 Toolbox and P-CCS 2021-22 COVID-19 Mitigation Plan. Keep these resources handy for the most up to date information!
