Danielle Stislicki: Self-Defense Class Raises Money For Search For Missing Woman

The self-defense fundraiser will raise money for search efforts for Danielle Stislicki and boost awareness of other missing Michigan women.

PLYMOUTH, MI — A Plymouth self-defense studio is hosting a fundraiser to benefit search efforts for Danielle Stislicki and heighten awareness of the epidemic of missing Michigan women. Stislicki, 28, was last seen driving her 2015 black Jeep Renegade out of her employer's parking lot in Southfield on Dec. 2. Her Jeep was later located at her Farmington Hills apartment, yet the young woman remains missing. Local, state and federal police have since launched a massive manhunt for Stislicki.

Second Nature Self Defense's fundraiser will be a two-part self-defense workshop available to women only. Class number one is Saturday, Jan. 28 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Class number two is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 11.
