How did your business come to be? 

I had been a personal trainer for over 11 years, the past five in-home training only. I saw the need for a studio offering just personal training and fitness classes. Jungle Gym opened almost two years ago!

What's your most popular product or service? 

Outdoor Adventure BootCamp, Fusion and Cosmic Boxing!

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

Pay by the class or buy a package - classes cost as little as $8. No membership required. No initiation fees. No long lines for classes - reserve your spot online - class size is limited to 15 people to ensure individual attention.

What does your business offer?

Jungle Gym Fitness Studio offers fitness classes, first and foremost. Bootcamps, Boxing Training classes, Dance Fitness classes, Circuit Training classes and Kids Fitness Classes. We also offer Nutrition Programs with a Registered Dietician, Running Training (I ran collegiate track and cross country), and also small group and one-on-one Personal Training.

June 2011

Why did you choose the area you did?

Because I've always had a passion for fitness and also for helping people. My degree is in Exercise Science, so my knowledge is very thorough and group and individual fitness give me a great creative outlet.
