Police Looking For Missing 17-Year-Old Rochester Hills Girl

Investigators said she was last seen getting into an older model Jeep Cherokee with an unknown person after school.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — Police are looking for a missing 17-year-old Rochester Hills girl who did not return home from school on Friday.

Police said Janella Arlene Nicholas is a senior at ACE in Rochester Hills and was last seen getting off the school bus at 3 p.m. last Friday, but did not return home.

Investigators believe she got into an older model Jeep Cherokee with an unknown person and left the area. They did not say exactly where in Rochester Hills, but believe she may now be on the west side of the state.

Investigators said she was last seen wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt. She is 5-feet 5-inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Police asked anyone who may have seen Janella or knows where she is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 248-858-4950.
