Officials said the deer was stuck between two barriers on the freeway.

AUBURN HILLS, MI — Oakland County officials rescued a deer from a freeway Monday.
A driver called police at 2 p.m. Monday and said the 4-point buck was struck by a car and became wedged between two concrete barriers on Interstate 75 near Lapeer Road in Auburn Hills, according to the sheriff's office.
The barriers, which separate northbound and southbound Interstate 75, have about a one-foot gap between them.

Officials said it took crews roughly an hour to safety pull the deer from its trapped position. The deer did suffer some bruising, but otherwise seemed ok, officials said.
